Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel's location is perfect, next to the main train station, making it convenient for early departures. The rooms, although a bit tired-looking, easily travel sound, and were really dark at night due to thin curtains. However, an unpleasant surprise awaited me under the bed, with a used condom and other debris. The service was not as friendly as expected, with staff being rude and not accommodating to different devices for Wi-Fi. The dining experience, although good and plentiful, required an extra payment for breakfast. The hotel looks modern and is priced well for its features.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, despite being basic, were spacious and clean, overlooking a bustling street and the train station. They were small but clean, functional, making it perfect for a quiet night's sleep. The service was polite, sincere, and accommodating, adding to a positive experience. The location was convenient, close to the main station and surrounded by various fast food places, but the absence of parking was a slight inconvenience. The dining options were adequate, offering a continental-style breakfast at a reasonable price. Overall, a decent value for what I paid.
The hotel has its positive and negative aspects. The rooms were somewhat noisy due to all-night tramway traffic, and the bed itself was quite narrow, but they were available. The service had both rude and friendly aspects with offhand behavior and insult to a client but also friendliness and accommodations. The location was impressive with nearby bars and restaurants, close to the main station, and with various fast food places around, though it had some positive and negative sides. Overall, the Color Hotel has its ups and downs, appealing to different preferences and needs.
